Advisory Contributions to the Portuguese Parliament

1. Economic Assessment of Government Bill No. 47/XVII/1, which authorises tax relief measures aimed at promoting housing supply. Requested by COFAP (Comissão de Orçamento, Finanças e Administração Pública).

2. Economic Assessment of Draft Law No. 349/XVII/1 (Socialist Party), which strengthens policy instruments to promote access to permanent housing and curb real estate speculation. Requested by COFAP (Comissão de Orçamento, Finanças e Administração Pública).
